Window Estimator needed (Salem)

At Window Supply Warehouse, Salem OR we are seeking an experienced Estimator in windows. The ideal candidate will have knowledge in construction estimating and experience with windows- they will also spend time preparing accurate cost estimates. This role is responsible for ensuring that our projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities will include: Measuring & Assessing- Review what the customer provides including dimensions, blueprints, and site measurements. Preparing Estimates & Quotes- Calculate the costs of materials. factor in labor and installation costs along with any additional charges. Communicate with Customers & Team- answer questions about pricing, materials, or options. Conduct negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best pricing and terms. Record-keeping & Documentation- This includes keeping records of estimates, quotes and approvals. Track which quotes convert to actual orders.
