• Total 10+ years of Quality Assurance managing end to end testing engagements • Own quality and its outcomes • oversee the entire quality assurance process and recommend improvements • leverage best practices for process improvement, improving test coverage, and time to market • Should have good communication and Analytical skills • Ensure completion of testing activities as per testing schedule, Manage all aspects of the quality assurance process while identifying and suggesting enhancements. • Provide functional testing status, metrics, reports to Test Manager • Identify Regression test cases and build Regression suite as required • Work with automation team to provide functional knowledge of business process flows

Design, develop, and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product specifications and industry standards. Collaborate with the R&D team to troubleshoot and debug issues.  Requirements Qualifications:  5+ years experience in network products testing, familiar with testing methods and processes. Stay up-to-date with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi 7, etc.) and industry trends Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi issue debug methods. Hands-on experience with networking test tools (e.g., iPerf, Wireshark, IxChariot). Strong problem analysis and solving skills, able to independently complete testing tasks. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively collaborate with different teams. Additional Preferred Skills: Experience in the development and testing of Wi-Fi Router, Mesh Wi-Fi Systems Experience with Wi-Fi certification and regulatory testing. Deep understanding of user experience, attention to detail, and ability to think and analyze problems from a user perspective. Looking for an experienced technician to troubleshoot install cat 6 wiring and Telephone line tracing troubleshooting with a telephone line but set, toner probe set, small cable hand held tester and laptop experience. Experience is a must for installations, repair, troubleshooting Cat6, telephone line 66 block, and CCTV camera systems . Must have telephone line buttset experience. Requirements Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in QA/testing for smart home products or consumer electronics Able to explore and understand product user scenarios and installation methods. Strong knowledge of wireless protocols (Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Thread, Matter, Bluetooth). Strong problem analysis and solving skills, able to independently complete testing tasks. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively collaborate with different teams. Additional Skills (Preferred): Hands-on experience with IoT automation frameworks and scripting languages (Python, Shell, MQTT scripting). Experience with voice assistant integrations (Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, Apple HomeKit). Knowledge of robotics testing (Lidar, SLAM navigation for robot vacuums). Possesses extensive experience in the installation of traditional electrical products. Looking for experienced voice and data technicians with their own tools. Must be able to show credible cable installation, telephone wiring, and networking experience. Must have a reliable vehicle that you own (not borrow), and must be able to clear a criminal background and drug screen (no exceptions whatsoever). This is a 1099 position. You set your own hours and pickup work as you see fit. You are required to obtain your own insurance (est. $30/month). Pay is $35/hr labor and $25/hr travel.
