Duties: – Create programs and nests for Bystronic and Amada Laser, based on customer PDF/STP files. – Create programs and nests for Amada EMLK Punch/Laser Combo. Requirements: – 2 years of SolidWorks experience. – Experience with SigmaNest is helpful. – Strong knowledge of manufacturing sheet metal parts – Knowledge of flat pattern layout and laser machines – Excellent attendance history – Ability to work in a team oriented, fast-paced environment This is a full-time position. The Crooked Spoon Ice Cream Production Operator I works in our food processing plant as part of a team to assemble and stage ingredients, load to create mix bases, and to flavor, extract, package and prepare to ship final product while maintaining the plant’s high standards of manufacturing and cleanliness. Additionally, the Production Operator I will drive a company truck on a pre-defined route 1-2 times per week.

Job duties will include programming and operating CNC lathes and mills. Reads and interprets blueprints and design sketches to determine the precise specifications, dimensions, and tolerance levels of the finished product. Utilizes precision measuring instruments, calipers, mics, and pin-gauges to check the accuracy and quality of machined parts. Candidates should own their measurement tools, with the company providing any specialized tools required. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Typically requires 5 to 8+ years of related experience.

File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces using power and hand tools. Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Comply with Kniesel’s Collision Core Values, guidelines, and standards. Follow federal, state, and local regulations that affect the collision center’s operations, such as hazardous waste disposal and OSHA guidelines. Perform other related duties as assigned, including cleaning the shop, assisting teammates, and mentoring body tech apprentices. Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a journeyman body technician in a collision repair environment. Proficiency in using industry-standard tools and equipment, including welders, frame machines, and hand tools. Strong knowledge of repair techniques, bodywork, and alignment methods. I-CAR certification is a plus. Ability to read and follow repair plans, damage reports, and manufacturer specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality repairs. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Physical ability to stand, bend, and work in various positions for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
