Are you interested in tea, natural wellness, and connecting with people? Want to spend your weekends outdoors, surrounded by community? Come join Tozi Tea, a woman-owned herbal tea company bringing joyful, functional blends to local markets. We’re hiring a Farmers Market Associate to represent Tozi Tea at local markets and events, promoting and selling our 27 tea blends. You'll run the booth, chat with customers, share tea knowledge, and help grow a purpose-driven small business. Shifts are typically 6-7 hours on Saturday and Sunday. Holiday availability is a huge plus! There are weekend market days from now until the end of the year. An example Market Day: The Delridge Farmers Market is from 10am to 2pm. You would arrive at the warehouse by 8:15am to load your vehicle. Arrive at the market by 9am so you can be ready by the time the market starts, at 10am. You'd attract and interact with customers to bring them in to view our products and drive sales. At around 1:55, you'd start packing up the booth and loading in to your vehicle. This takes about 20-30 minutes. You'd drive back to the warehouse, where you drop off supplies, inventory, and till. Thats it! The day is done. The Role Drive to and from assigned farmers market locations, starting from the warehouse located in Kent (we cover mileage) Set up and break down the Tozi Tea booth (tent, tables, signage, product) Engage customers and sell our functional tea blends Restock teas and flag low inventory Keep the booth tidy, welcoming, and aligned with our brand vibe Record and complete sales transactions and manage till You'd be a great match if you are: Experienced with sales and customer service (minimum 2 years experience) Friendly, dependable, and a good communicator - not afraid to reach out to people to get them interested!
