Major Responsibilities and Essential Functions: -Directs a production team -Monitors product quality by ensuring customers' requirements are met, self-testing is performed and analyzed, in accordance with procedures and production specifications. -Provides training, leadership, and coaching to associates to create a culture of inclusion and engagement.
