**Compensation:** $27.50/hour + Performance-Based Bonuses We are a leading Chimney and Fireplace company serving Nashville and the surrounding areas. **Position Overview:** No prior chimney experience is required, but candidates must have a background in construction. This is a full-time position. **Ideal Candidates Will:** - Be comfortable working at heights. - Have the ability to carry ladders and interact professionally with customers. - Be handy and knowledgeable in construction practices. - Be quick learners and dependable. - Be available to work Monday through Friday from 8:15 AM to 5:15 PM, with some days extending until around 6 PM. - Hold a valid driver’s license. **Additional Information:** - There may be opportunities for Saturday work. - Candidates must have reliable transportation to and from work in Nashville/Brentwood area. **Compensation Details:** The pay rate is $27.50/hour, with the potential for weekly performance-based bonuses. This role involves diagnosing and repairing issues related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures, and appliances. The Senior Maintenance Technician ensures the safety and cleanliness of the property, maintains amenities, and responds to maintenance requests promptly and professionally. This position also involves supervising outside contractors, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations. Maintenance and Repairs Perform daily maintenance tasks and diagnose/repair issues in various areas. Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally. What You'll Need Education and Certifications High school diploma or equivalent required HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal license is required. Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license strongly preferred. Associates hired without a CPO license will be required to obtain within 90 days of hire. Valid drivers license may be required. Experience 2+ years of experience in property maintenance or a related field. Experience in supervising contractors preferred but not required.
