Day Porter (2-3 days per week) 9am-2pm (flexible start) This is a shared position with another Day Porter on opposite days. Essentially a Day Porter is responsible for making sure our client's building looks professional, clean, presentable and inviting at all times, especially between regular cleanings performed at night by additional staff. Day Porters will work amongst our clients' but act discreetly and not interfere with clients' daily operations. Day Porter will be in charge of refreshing bathrooms (cleaning mirrors, sinks, toilets as needed, paper products refilled, trash removed etc.) cleaning coffee stations, wiping cafeteria tables- general trash removal from these areas, vacuuming cafeteria, entryways as needed throughout, putting away supplies in supply closets as needed, etc. This is a wonderful property that we take care of, they treat us all very well. There are large areas to clean in an independent manner. Some benefits include paid holidays, direct deposit, employee perks and fresh made lunch options to purchase at the cafe onsite. Excellent candidates only apply. Must have prior cleaning experience and able to be active on your feet the whole shift except breaktime. Must be personable, encouraging, presentable, professional, a good communicator and hard working. Must also pass our background check, have own vehicle/insurance and able to lift up to 30lbs.
