This role is the hub of our space—keeping the day flowing smoothly and creating a welcoming experience for every client who walks through the door. Job Description As the Membership Manager, you will be responsible for aspects of our membership department, programming, and communications. This includes managing our member tours and onboarding, member acquisition and retention, house managing events in coordination with our Event Manager, and coordinating our marketing calendar and managing our member communications.
