We are lawyers and have a real case going to trial in SF soon. At this legal focus group, we will present to you arguments from both sides and want to hear your honest opinions and advice about the case. That is your job. Just about everyone who participates in one of our focus groups find it fun and interesting. The focus group will be held at a hotel meeting room in the financial district. Lunch will be provided. It starts promptly at 9 AM. Please be on time. At the end of the focus group, you will be paid $300 in cash. EAM Project Manager - Transportation Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – 2 days on-site per week) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Compensation: $55–$85/hour (1099) Term: 12+ month contract Description We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled EAM Project Manager to lead a major rail and transit client engagement in the New York area. The successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle of an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system implementation with a strong focus on Hexagon EAM. This role requires a balance of technical oversight, stakeholder engagement, and governance expertise to ensure successful delivery, integration, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Delivery Manage the full lifecycle of the EAM system implementation project (Hexagon EAM). Lead stakeholder engagement across diverse cross-functional teams. Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and change logs. Technical Oversight Ensure successful integration with GIS and work management systems. Oversee data migration, validation, and system configuration. Support testing, training, and go-live activities. Compliance & Governance Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks (e.g., FRA, FTA, ISO 55000). Maintain accurate documentation for audits, traceability, and benefit realization. Facilitate governance board reviews and provide updates to steering committees. Requirements Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Information Systems. 10+ years of project management experience in asset-intensive industries. Proven expertise with EAM systems (Hexagon, Maximo, or similar) and infrastructure lifecycle planning. Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated leadership ability in complex environments. Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a background check. Preferred Qualifications PMP or equivalent project management certification. Position Summary: Provide technical design, consultation, information and assistance to internal and external customers under direct supervision to insure that project complies with all engineering standards. The designer will work under the supervision of more senior engineers. Work will be completed in concert with the stated project requirements, all current codes, as well as Prime Electric Engineering Standards. Applicant will be responsible for designing, developing and producing permit and construction documents for electrical systems. Interface with various team members, particularly the client, architect, and mechanical contractor/engineer • Research and resolve drawing interpretation problems, conflicts, interferences, and errors • Perform other duties assigned by Director of Engineering Minimum Job Requirements: • Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering a plus • Minimum 2-Years of experience in electrical systems design a plus • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Word & Excel • Experience with Revit & Navis Manage a plus • Reasonable knowledge of the NEC as well as building codes and ordinances • Broad knowledge and experience with power and lighting design • Understanding of sustainable design and LEED Documentation a plus • Documents and archives work pursuant the Prime Electric standards

An MS2 Software Project Manager will be responsible for concurrent projects and is expected to actively work with our clients.
