Experience and Position Requirements • At least 1-3+ years’ experience in collections (preferred in the auto finance industry) • Must be able to work in a high-volume environment with the ability to multitask. • Outstanding attendance record • Must have people, discretion, persuasion, and time management skills. • Working knowledge of internet and skip tracing applications (TLO, idicore, etc.) • High School Diploma Preferred Skills • Bilingual (Spanish/English preferred) • Experience w/ OMEGA, RDN, and GPS tracking companies a plus • Extensive experience in the auto finance industry.
