Job Description- Regional Operations Manager-POSITION OVERVIEW
A ROM is a proven leader in construction/project management with the ability to coach, train and develop those they oversee to improve company brand and profitability. This individual will be the escalated point of contact for our company in the assigned region. This includes but is not limited to, PSG leadership, support staff, installation crews, customers, and business partners in the assigned locations. Position requires meeting of company goals and objectives through a high level of oversight and involvement. Strong communication is a must for all issues arising each day within the region. Exceptional brand management within Lowe’s and customer satisfaction are our primary company objectives. In addition, this position is responsible for ensuring company policies, procedures, objectives, and strategic initiatives are followed and will implement any required changes quickly and efficiently.
Position Responsibilities
Perform all necessary duties to ensure the assigned region runs smoothly. Remain in line with company’s standards and meet customer’s expectations by accomplishing the following responsibilities:
Maintain a high level of oversight of the assigned region.
Establish effective communication with local support staff, regional contacts, corporate employees, and all other PSG management staff on a continuous basis to drive results and resolve issues.
Maintain a full staff per authorized head count of assigned markets. Includes posting ads, interviewing, and training as necessary.
Oversee AOMs as needed with store, customer, and project related issues. Handles all necessary escalations in assigned area.
Encourage and assist with Constant recruiting to always maintain capacity levels.
Maintain an “open door” policy to all subordinates and company employees.
Provide daily direction as needed to AOMS and field staff. Is responsible for all direct report’s activities and performance.
Oversee strategic planning, policy development, employee relations, and customer service activities.
Monitor spending and compliance of assigned areas through Concur management application.
Ensure complete and accurate information is captured for exception payments and vendor debits.
Responsible for the assigned districts installation and project completion for prompt customer service.
Is responsible for PSG brand and store connectivity in assigned areas.
Other duties as assigned by PSG
Ensure all PSG services result in a high level of customer satisfaction.
Evaluate execution of daily processes and implement positive changes that increase sales, reduce overhead, and/or result in better customer service.
Monitor and maintain installer craftsmanship, professionalism, and the customer’s likelihood to recommend our services to others.
Quickly investigate and implement solutions for all negative customer experiences, or monetary losses to PSG.
Evaluate all subordinate’s performance on a regular basis and provide feedback. Complete yearly reviews in alignment with company policy.
Provide Management Expertise
Planning and Organization
Integrate changes smoothly and prioritize and plan all necessary work activities.
Plan for additional resources, set regular goals and objectives and report the progress.
Use time efficiently and work in an organized manner.
Provide a weekly overview to company leadership.
Hold weekly calls with Field/Office staff as necessary to ensure alignment of business.
Problem Solving
Identify problems in a timely manner, resolve problems in early stages, and develop alternative solutions.
Gather and analyze information skillfully.
Make informed decisions to better the customer experience, or Lowe’s partnership while maintaining company profitability.
Additional General Responsibilities
Read and respond to all emails, voicemails, or concerns throughout the day and follow- up on any items from the previous day.
Coordinate, facilitate, and/or attend all required meetings.
Travel: Regular overnights for travel per month to meet with business partners within the assigned region.

Candidate Requirements:
A minimum of three (3) years of management or supervisory experience.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in either construction or construction management (Window and Door)
College graduate or equivalent educational level is preferred.
Ability to pass a criminal background check and must have a clean driving record.
Must be able operate smartphones, mobile apps, and multiple computer software applications.
Job Type: Full-time 40+hrs Salary
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
