Position Summary: As a vital part of our back of house team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, food preparation, and cooking. Primary Responsibilities: Complete daily prep tasks, including organizing and maintaining coolers, pantry, and walk-in areas to health code standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including prep areas, line, walk-in, coolers, and pantry. Wash all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils, ensuring they are returned to their proper places. Handle trash, recycling, and cardboard at the end of each shift.
