To assist in the property operation and maintenance of the Safehouse at WINGS Metro. Key Responsibilities: • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as deep cleaning, touch-up painting and basic repairs such as simple plumbing, light fixture maintenance and assembly of furniture. • Coordinate with contractors when outside work is scheduled. • Ensure the facility is safe and secure including conducting daily inspections and reporting potential hazards. • Maintain inventory of items necessary for the house to operate such as toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. • Assist with set-up and breakdown for events. • Apply practical problem-solving skills to address on-the-spot challenges during repair and maintenance tasks.
