Established, 25 year old property company needs motivated area business manager to manage their local area real estate projects. You will be expected to take over and manage all existing projects and make offers on and close on new ones. Our system brings the deals and the funding to you and you make offers on and close or sell/trade those deals for profit. We have an opening for a Tire Supplies SALES REPRESENTATIVE Full Time covering San Diego and Imperial County. You will be selling tire supplies which include wheel weights, valve stems, patches, hand and pneumatic tools, jacks, tire balancers, large equipment, and more. Your customers are businesses doing tire repair - such as tire shops, trucking, agriculture, utilities, transportation, construction, etc. You will be driving a supply truck that is 8 foot wide, 12 foot tall, 24 foot long. You will visit customers 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. You must have a good driving record, good credit, and good computer skills. Must live in the San Diego - Imperial County area.
