We are looking for a motivated and engaged Construction Superintendent to join the Pennon Construction team in Seattle, WA to supervise a broad spectrum of project types. We are currently seeking experienced Superintendents with Shell and Core, Industrial Concrete Tilt-up, and/or Tenant Improvement backgrounds. You will be working closely with others in a team-driven environment, effectively working in partnership with your Project Manager and Project Engineer to achieve timely and quality completion of construction projects. Preferred Qualifications: - 10+ years of demonstrated career growth as a commercial Superintendent. - Demonstrate a clear progression and development of responsibilities in previous positions. - Strong Leadership Skills. - Experience with ground-up concrete and steel construction, concrete tilt warehouse construction, and/or tenant improvements. - Firm understanding of common phases of Site Supervision: safety, quality control, estimating/constructability support, schedule, submittal and shop drawing support, process management and tracking, personnel supervision and evaluation. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Excel and Project.
