We're looking for seasoned Electricians to work on water/wastewater treatment facilities, commercial builds, and light industrial projects. Core responsibilities include: - Install, maintain, troubleshoot electrical systems in water treatment plants - Bend conduit (EMT & rigid), run rigid conduit, and install ductbank systems - Read blueprints and electrical schematics accurately - Work across industrial and commercial job sites Qualifications: - Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screen. - Journeyman license preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial or industrial electrician. - Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety procedures. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. We are a busy commercial general contractor looking to add carpenters to our team. This person will be involved in commercial ground-up retail buildings, and tenant improvement projects. The ideal candidate will be able and willing to perform most working tasks on a commercial construction site. You must have your own vehicle and be willing travel throughout Washington State. Night and graveyard shifts may be required. This position is well suited to someone that is interested in moving into a foreman and/or superintendent role. The pay rate will depend on experience but we want good people and are happy to pay above average wages and benefits. This position will require moving construction materials, tools and heavy equipment. You should be able to carry up to 80 pounds and climb stairs, ramps and ladders frequently. Job requirements include being comfortable kneeling, squatting, pushing, pulling, crawling and reaching outright and overhead frequently.
