We’re looking for a hands-on soldering Person to join our electronics manufacturing team in Carson, CA. Our company specializes in flexible circuits and PCB's for aerospace and high-reliability applications. This position focuses on manual hand soldering of small electronic components and circuit parts. Responsibilities: Perform detailed hand soldering of flexible and rigid-flex circuit boards Solder components following work instructions and drawings Use small tools (soldering iron, tweezers, cutters, microscopes, etc.) Inspect assemblies for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe workspace Follow all company and industry quality standards (IPC guidelines) Requirements: Previous experience in PCB or electronic soldering preferred. IPC certified is a plus. Steady hands, attention to detail, and good eyesight Ability to read basic drawings or instructions Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a small team environment Must work on-site in Carson (this is not a remote position) Pay: $20.00/hour Schedule: Full-time or part-time available Location: Carson, CA If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and want to be part of a high-tech manufacturing team, please reply with your name, contact information, and a short summary of your assembly experience.
