Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities. Strong understanding of garment construction, patterns and grading Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and 2D digital pattern making. Experience with 3D is a plus Proficiency in PLM (Centric experience is a plus) Collaborative approach to working cross-functionally with design, development, and production teams.
