Key Responsibilities Lead the Team: Supervise Fulfillment Center Associates in executing nightly picking, packing, and returns processes. Operational Flow: Create and maintain efficient workflows by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and aligning shift activity with daily goals. Coaching & Development: Train new team members, provide ongoing coaching, and help tenured associates continuously grow. Quality Control: Monitor work for precision, order accuracy, and compliance with SOPs. Uphold high standards in neatness and timeliness. Workforce Management: Track time & attendance, manage schedules, approve breaks, and support associate needs during the shift. Issue Resolution: Maintain team harmony and act quickly to resolve interpersonal or operational conflicts. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and other shift supervisors to ensure seamless handoffs and issue reporting. Reporting: Complete daily reports and provide insight into trends, bottlenecks, and shift performance. Facility Oversight: Open and close the warehouse as needed; ensure shift safety and cleanliness. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment.  Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Professional demeanor with the ability to direct work constructively and collaboratively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective communicator and team collaborator. Valid driver’s license. Preferred, but not required: Familiarity with Apple technology (iPads, iPhones, MacBooks).
