We currently operate 11 restaurants in the Boston area, a Commissary Kitchen in Cambridge, and a local Meal-Box delivery program. As a driver you will help to load, pack, unpack, deliver, and transport product. Generally, our drivers will spend their time transporting food from our commissary kitchen to our restaurants in and delivering Meal Kit Boxes to our customers. Some of the Logistics Specialists Duties will look like... Move large containers of food from the Clover commissary to our food trucks, restaurants, and delivery addresses. Load and unload vans Deliver Meal Kit Boxes up to 30-miles outside Boston/Cambridge Drive a 14-foot van/truck, including parallel-parking and backing into tight loading docks Manually hoist heavy items Perform vehicle inspections and inventory checks Complete and submit paperwork Interact professionally with Clover employees and customers Assist with the coordination of driver routes and schedules The hiring manager may invite you to participate in a Practical Interview. Requirements As a Logistics Specialist you are required to: Clean driving record for the past 7 years from the State of Massachusetts Ability to become forklift certified within 30 days 100% drug-free Must be able to pass a road test conducted by Clover leadership Must be able to provide an official copy of current driving record and DOT card Experience with cleaning and maintenance of vehicles Excellent customer service skills Strong verbal communication skills Stamina to lift heavy items Must share a passion for food and hard work, must lift the spirits of those around them The ability to stand for prolonged periods of time, and repeated walking, bending, stretching, and lifting 50 pounds or more, with or without reasonable accommodation Able to work a varied schedule that includes nights and weekends Don’t meet every single requirement? In this role, you’ll be responsible for monitoring inventory, processing parts orders, supporting technicians, and maintaining vendor relationships. You’ll help ensure parts are available and organized to keep service operations running efficiently. Requirements What You’ll Do: Manage, control and direct the activities of Parts Department supporting Technicians and retail customers   Ensure compliance with all company policy and procedures   Develop, monitor and maintain relationships with parts vendors Ensure all parts stocked have accurate minimum and maximum stocking levels established Ensure all shop supplies are up to date with proper quantities for general repair and heavy repair areas Ensure the parts room and parts warehouse areas are clean and organized at all times Complete all required daily, weekly and monthly Parts Department activity reporting Warranty parts retention and shipping Print warranty parts report in CCS Cycle counts weekly and 7’s report for cores weekly Check next day orders for QAS meetings Check shop turn over report and participate in daily shop turn over meeting with Service Team Process invoices for payment daily as needed Update daily sales OTC sheet ( update QAS ) Review all open purchase orders weekly print credit card report Parts need to be delivered to work stations as directed by the Shop Supervisor Direct and participate in all QAS meetings. Position Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the warehouse processes are performed correctly and accurately by creating and implementing procedures, delivery employee training and monitoring key metrics. The Warehouse Supervisor is the subject matter expert on all technical and IT systems within the warehouse and is also responsible for ensuring OSHA compliance. He/she manages the Pick/Pack/Shippers, oversees the receiving, stocking, and shipping operations and ensures that cycle counts are performed on time and accurately. This is a hands-on management position.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ●       Mentors and coaches associates, insisting on the highest standards for production, quality, safety, and conduct. ●       Ensures that the fulfillment team employees are adhering to warehouse  policies and procedures ●       Monitors metrics to ensure that the fulfillment team is meeting established standards for production, quality,  and safety. ●       Ensures that all purchase orders are received within 48 hours and put away in the proper bins. ●       Ensures that cycle counts are performed on time and accurately. ●       Is responsible for the downstacking and the organization of all Inventory. ●       Works closely with Customer Service to ensure that returns are processed in a timely manner and shipped back to the vendor ●       Ensures that warehouse processes adhere to all military labeling requirements, warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements ●       Performs pick, pack, and ship operations utilizing best carrier and consolidating orders, as necessary ●       Ensures that all associates maintain training and certifications in Hazmat and Forklift Operations. ●       Maintains OSHA certifications and safe working conditions ●       Other job duties as required, defined by Warehouse Supervisor and/or GM   Experience, Education, Certifications: ●       Associates Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of experience and education ●       3-4 years of previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred ●       Valid and current forklift certification is a plus ●       Hazmat certification is a plus ●       Train the Trainer Certifications on Hazmat and Forklift Operations is a plus Competencies: ●       Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills ●       Knowledge of materials, warehouse processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective distribution of goods ●       Strong leadership, organizational and time management skills. ●       Ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment ●       Ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. ●       Ability to collaborate with team members and individuals to identify, communicate, and provide process improvement solutions for the organization.  Computer Skills: Knowledge of ERP systems, RF Smart WMS, UPS WorldShip, Fed Ex Ship Manager and Endicia Dazzle are a plus.
