Please please help broken spark plug (Keizer)

I bought this car the day before the nightmare started broken spark plug.. I am at 55 year old grandma trying to raise her 6-year-old granddaughter. We really need this car. Now it seems to be impossible to actually even get a break these days. My ex-boyfriend is done working on it trying to get it out. He's ready to JB weld it in there. I already know that's not good so please please if you think you can help and have the right tools to remove it please give me a call thank you Shannon.i don't have the means to pay any sorry.
