Ranch pays hourly, for hours worked, on a W-2 basis. Ranch provides house for manager/caretaker (and family) to live in, as part of compensation. We prefer resident ranch manager to work for Ranch full time. But it is possible to do the necessary Ranch work, and have a second, part time, job outside Ranch, and Ranch is open to that. Manager/caretaker feeds Ranch horses 2 x day; and feeds cattle herd hay, daily.
