Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - On-site Avant Tech is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our innovative team. In this on-site role, you will work directly with children to assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders, helping them to improve their speech, language, and social skills. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of children’s speech, language, and communication skills. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs and goals. Provide direct therapy services to children in various settings, including individual and group sessions. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care. Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Educate families about speech and language development and provide strategies for support at home. Requirements Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Active and unrestricted State Speech-Language Pathologist license. Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program. Current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist within the respective state. Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred. Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly those with communication disorders. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with teletherapy practices and technology is a plus. Passionate about making a difference in children’s lives through effective communication strategies.
