We're searching for a candidate who can: Lead and mentor the Security team. Greet patrons and check IDs. Provide security and safety, protecting bar patrons and staff. Maintain bar supplies, when needed. Monitor bar or club perimeter for safety concerns. Assess customer behavior and intoxication. Removing patrons when necessary. Build a security team with safety and hospitality as core values. Train security staff. Manage labor and write thoughtful schedules. Requirements Excellent communication skills. Two (2) of these six (6) years should demonstrate experience in Physical Security (PHYSEC) and Information Security (INFOSEC) in the DoD or IC. A minimum Secret security clearance or higher with the ability to obtain a Top Secret w/ SCI is required to be considered for this position.
