We are located at the heart of Oakland and within a 5-minute walk from the 19th street BART station. Our home is a beautiful Victorian home with 6 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and shared backyard. There are many restaurants and bars within walking distance and a relatively quiet and safe part of the neighborhood. There is a group of young professionals between late 20s to early 30s. The rent includes utilities. Tenant is responsible for contributing to monthly internet cost ($10). The room is available for ONLY single occupancy and is $1000 (Monthly rent).
