I will be renting a room in the upstairs of my house (older house). Bedroom, with smart tv, blu ray player, night stand, dresser, fan, table, chair, refrigerator, ceiling fan with remote, and microwave. Full bathroom upstairs (3 total bathrooms in house). Bathroom has a shower massage shower wand (6 settings), with lots of water pressure. Lots of storage space in the bathroom. Shared with one other tenant. There is also a second bathroom in the basement that can be used at anytime. Shared living room and kitchen. Living room has a large screen tv. I usually keep to myself in the downstairs bedroom edition, off the kitchen. I am a pretty clean person and like and keep things pretty clean. Non smoking house. I don't care if people smoke outside. I have 1 one dog who loves people, after he gets to know them. The dog stays in my room or outside. No application fee. Month to month lease. minimum 30 day notice. Damage deposit of $700 required. All utilities included Free wifi, with pretty fast speeds, and a very good router. Off street parking. Circle driveway, so easy in and out. Front load washing machine and access/use of clothes line. Full use of good sized fenced in back yard, with fire pit. Gas grill outside. Kids playhouse outside. Security cameras. I buy, sell and repair cars, so there may be times I can help in that area.
