$2,350 / 2br - 140ft2 - Comfortable room right off the L with private workspace (Williamsburg)

Seeking a roommate for my 2br on the second (top) floor of the building. The room has south facing windows and a little nook for use as a workspace/luggage storage area. It gets pretty good light, especially during the winter, and looks out onto our tree lined street. Kitchen appliances are recently installed and include a full sized dishwasher, stove, oven, and in-unit laundry. There’s no TV in the apartment, think I’d like to keep it that way—trying to maintain a clean quiet and comfortable space. We have a pretty large backyard that folks in the building will sometimes use to host. I'm 28, Jewish, in tech, I like going to the gym, being outdoors, and meeting new folks. The main downsides of the room are that 1. In the winter it can get a bit toasty in there, and so you may need to crack a window or leave the door to the common space open. 2. There is some street noise that comes through. Devoe is a quiet street, so there's not a ton of vehicular noise, but there's a garbage truck that comes by once a week, and there's also some construction going on across the way.
