Semi Truck drivers flat rate pay. Employment type: 1099 Contract Job title: OTR Box truck driver Non CDL or CDL We are looking to hire CDL and NON-CDL/BOX Truck Driver, Hotshot, and Semi Truck drivers on a full-time basis. Benefits: * Flat rate pay and percentage pay * $150 towards hotel stays every week NOT EVERY DAY. For box truck and hotshot drivers. Responsibilities: * Safely operate a commercial truck * Know how to operate and use an ELD * Keep track of paper work (such as BOL) * Report any issues or incidents to dispatch * Inspect truck before and after Position Overview:  We are seeking dedicated CDL and Non-CDL truck drivers to join our growing fleet. As a driver you'll be responsible for transporting freight to various locations while ensuring the safety and timely delivery of goods. Whether you're operating a hotshot truck, box truck, or a semi-trailer dry van, we have routes and opportunities suited to different experience levels and vehicle types.  Key Responsibilities:  Hotshot Drivers: Transport time-sensitive loads using smaller trucks (1-ton or less), often requiring quick deliveries in varied industries.  Box Truck Drivers: Operate 26ft box trucks to deliver freight, ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time deliveries.  Semi-Trailer Dry Van Drivers: Drive semi-trailers to transport larger loads, including local, regional, and long-haul routes.  Secure and properly load/unload freight, always ensuring safety compliance.  Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks and equipment. Mandatory! Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, mileage, fuel use, and hours of service. MANDATORY! Ensure excellent customer service during deliveries, assisting with unloading when required.  Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety guidelines. MANDATORY! Qualifications:  For CDL and Non-CDL Drivers:  Valid Class A/B CDL and a clean driving record.  Previous truck driving experience with hotshot, box trucks, or semi-trailer dry vans is preferred.  Ability to pass a DOT physical exam and drug test.  Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.  Strong communication and customer service skills.  Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and loading freight.  For non-CDL Drivers:  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.  Experience driving box trucks, cargo vans, or other vehicles up to 26,000 lbs.  Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks involved in loading/unloading freight.  Ability to pass a background check and drug test. JOB SUMMARY The Driver is responsible for driving the company Class C truck or company van to deliver or pick up materials or packages from specified destinations. The driver may also be responsible for packaging and receiving parts internally. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Verifies the load against shipping papers and quantities. Sets priorities relating to deliveries or pickups and uses sound judgement with little or no daily supervision. Loads materials or packages into truck or van in appropriate delivery order. Currently seeking a RV Driver to transport units to and from locations and customer homes. Some of the Duties include: All trades to be brought over and reported accordingly. Once trailer is 100% inspected and recorded, must be taken to the assigned lot location and report to the appropriate department.
