Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001, ANSI, and utility-specific transformer quality guidelines. Maintain detailed records and reports on quality performance metrics, including first-pass yield rates, defects per unit, and corrective actions taken. Conduct internal audits to monitor quality control effectiveness and regulatory adherence. Develop and implement employee training programs on quality control methods, process improvement techniques, and safety compliance. Foster a culture of accountability and quality awareness, ensuring employees understand their role in maintaining product integrity. Required Qualifications: Some college coursework preferred (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality-related fields a plus). 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in quality assurance or quality control. Prior leadership experience supervising inspectors, testers, or quality teams. Strong knowledge of transformer testing processes, electrical inspection methods, and industry regulations. Experience with calibration of test equipment and maintaining compliance with ISO/ANSI standards. Proficiency in root cause analysis (RCA), CAPA, and failure analysis methodologies. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems (QMS).   Work Environment & Physical Demands: Manufacturing floor and office-based environment. Warehouse Supervisor (Seasonal)
Objective The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring inventory is accurately accounted for, properly stored, and handled in a safe and organized manner. This role collaborates closely with the management and production teams to support operational goals while maintaining compliance with food safety and regulatory standards. This is a seasonal position. This is a non-exempt position with a hourly pay range of $25-30/hour. Key Responsibilities Warehouse & Production Demonstrate effective communication in a professional and respectful manner. Collaborate with team members to meet company standards and goals. Provide training, direction, and leadership to maintain a successful, safe, and organized work environment. Deliver shift instructions and hold team members accountable for execution and accuracy.
