Follow blueprints, specifications, and detailed instructions to produce precise coils. Load materials, adjust machine settings, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Wind wire around cores/forms to exact specifications. Use hand tools to cut, strip, and shape wire. Assemble components and perform quality checks. Maintain safety, cleanliness, and a continuous improvement mindset. Requirements 🧠 What You Bring High school diploma or GED required. Ability to read job instructions and perform basic math. Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred. Comfortable using manual and powered hand tools. Able to lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments. Hoist/crane experience and forklift certification are a plus. Safety-first attitude and strong attention to detail. Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical exam.   🛠️ Working Conditions & Requirements Lifting: Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted. Environment: Work in a facility with loud noise, extreme temperatures, and environmental stressors. Physical Activities: Sit, stand, walk, bend, climb, crouch, reach, and grasp as needed. Basic knowledge and understanding of Distillation Columns and their Operations. Ability to learn or previous working experience with ERP Systems such as Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards to be able to enter Work Orders for equipment repairs and coordinating with the Maintenance Department. Basic knowledge and understanding of Wastewater Treatment Plant Operations is a plus, but not required. Basic knowledge and understanding of the following Control Devices is a plus, but not required:  Steam Stripper for the stripping of solvents from wastewater, Thermal Oxidizer / Ground Flare, and Cryogenic Condenser. Working experience with Safe Work Permits, Hot Work Permits, Line Break Permits, Lock-Out Tag-Out Permits, and Confined Space Permits. Documentation skills and techniques.  Ability to record information in Log Books and record data/information in Batch Sheets. Basic knowledge and understanding in pulling representative samples (liquid samples) from process operations.
