Key Responsibilities: Safely operate tanker trucks transporting bulk liquid materials  Load and unload using hoses, pumps, and valves with strict safety protocols  Conduct and document pre- and post-trip inspections  Maintain accurate trip records, logs, and inspection reports  Communicate professionally with dispatchers and customers  Adhere to DOT, EPA, and all applicable safety and regulatory guidelines  Represent Altom with professionalism during customer interactions  Requirements Valid CDL Class A License  Tanker Endorsement (N) – Required  Hazmat Endorsement (H) – Preferred (must obtain within 90 days of hire; assistance available)  TWIC Card – Preferred (or must obtain after hire)  Minimum 1 year of verifiable tanker driving experience  At least 23 years of age  Clean MVR and strong safety record  Able to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check  Dependable, safety-minded, and capable of working independently  Willing to work flexible schedules, including 24/7 operations if needed  Benefits 401(K) with company match from Day 1  Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance – medical, dental, vision, prescription  Paid vacation, holidays, and personal time  Optional life and disability insurance  Safety bonuses for clean roadside inspections and safe driving records  Paid training, PPE, and late-model, well-maintained trucks  Boot reimbursement program  Up to $2,400 company contribution to Health Savings Account (HSA)
