Collaborate regularly with other departments to maintain alignment across operations and service standards. Ensure a safe working environment by promoting and reinforcing warehouse safety policies and best practices. Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and standards, including OSHA, DOT, and internal company policies. Requirements 3+ years of warehouse experience,. Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); experience with RF scanning technology is a plus. Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Demonstrate ability to lead by example in a team-oriented, high-volume operation. Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain. OSHA training/certification is highly desirable. POSITION SUMMARY: The Paint Fiberglass Coating Specialist classification consists of Paint, Gel and Buff Back Final Finish. All Paint FCSs will be cross trained in these functions and will be utilized throughout the facility, based on customer demand. WHAT YOU WILL DO:  PAINT: Produces quality parts at or above expected rate. Utilizes time and skills effectively. Inspect parts at every stage of process to identify defects and correct immediately. Identify defects & follow proper procedure for non-conformance. Ensure filters are clean and PMs are done on paint booth and sprayers. Tape any hardware exposed to the paint process to avoid overspray on hardware. Uses Knowledge of quality standard by customer to improve quality of all customers.
