This unique role combines the leadership of a licensed Boat Captain with the organizational skills of an Operations Manager overseeing charter boats, tour vans, hotel pick-ups, and staff coordination. The ideal candidate is an ocean-loving professional with strong leadership, excellent customer service, and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities As Boat Captain: • Safely navigate vessels using radar, maps, sight, and electronic devices. • Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and Coast Guard regulations. • Maintain passenger manifests and Captain’s Log. • Lead and delegate tasks to crew members. • Prepare for and conduct U.S. Coast Guard inspections. • Provide excellent customer service during tours and charters. • Investigate and report any vessel damage or safety concerns. As Operations Manager: • Oversee scheduling and performance of captains, drivers, and crew. • Coordinate hotel pick-ups and guest transportation. • Manage maintenance schedules and ensure equipment is operational. • Collaborate with marketing and accounting departments to meet business goals. • Support hiring, training, and development of staff. • Foster a fun, safe, and welcoming work environment. • Identify and implement operational improvements. ________________________________________ Qualifications • Valid U.S. Coast Guard Captain’s License required. • Proven leadership and management experience. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Ability to manage logistics and coordinate teams. • Passion for the ocean, boating, and tourism. ________________________________________ Compensation & Benefits • Salary: $72,000 – $84,000 annually, depending on experience. • Full-time, exempt position. • Opportunity to grow within a dynamic and expanding company. ________________________________________ 📞 To Apply: Please contact Racheal Tsirlin, HR Manager, at (303) 847-3822 for more details or to submit your application.
