RESPONSIBILITIES Assists with hiring and training of team members. Oversees the daily workflow, scheduling and assignments of the assigned team. Adjust daily shift roles based on call outs and absentees. Fills out daily reports and checklists. Ensures quality of food product at all stages. Maintains high sanitation standards. Instructs production team on roles and shift duties daily. Maintains excellence in production team process. Interacts with monthly Ag&Markets inspectors for sample pick-ups. Ensures that the equipment is available, clean and in proper working order. Leads team in conducting daily safety checks on equipment. Keeps team members informed about rules, regulations, policies, and objectives. Maintains detailed and accurate work records. Requests new or replacement tools, supplies, or equipment as needed for production. Performs other related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Excellent management and interpersonal skills.
