The Quality Control Technician plays an integral role in ensuring the quality, safety, and consistency of products while supporting the overall mission of the Quality Department. This position is responsible for inspecting and testing raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products to verify compliance with established specifications. It also involves conducting ATP testing in production areas to confirm that rooms and equipment have been properly cleaned and sanitized. In addition, the role includes carrying out laboratory techniques such as sampling, testing, recording, and reporting data, as well as maintaining laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability. The Quality Control Technician assists with all stages of documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements, while also supporting the Quality Team across a wide range of projects. This position is vital to protecting the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of experiments, maintaining an organized laboratory environment, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Prior experience in quality control, laboratory procedures, or regulatory compliance is preferred, and strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and teamwork are essential. Laboratory experience with advanced techniques such as HPTLC, HPLC, or ICP-MS is considered a significant advantage and highly valued in this role. Requirements Responsibilities:  Sampling and sending out raw Ingredients to a 3rd party lab for Quality approval. Ensuring production staff are following cGMP regulations. Checking that products / raw ingredients meet required quality and food safety standards. Raw Ingredient identification by FTIR. Issuing labels to production  Assisting the Quality Manager as needed. Inspecting newly received raw ingredients for food safety. Maintain all raw ingredient documentation for auditing purposes and collect samples for shelf life and laboratory analysis. Report to QC Manager specific information related to product information from R&D or production. Conduct quality calibrations, internal audits and project assignments in timely, safe and professional manner. Report results, issues and roadblocks to the Quality Manager. Convey any instrumentation issues to QC Manager for review and resolution. Report QC Manager of unusual product observations and analytical results while analyzing or sample handling. Comply with established quality, safety, and environmental procedures and policies. Skills:  Basic knowledge of cGMP. Training in Quality Systems. Nutraceutical background and experience in dietary supplements preferred. Basic knowledge of 21 CFR 111 and auditing processes. As a Vehicle Supply Technician at Northwest Ambulance, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the inventory of medical and emergency supplies in our fleet of ambulances. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our vehicles are stocked with the necessary supplies for responding to emergencies and providing patient care. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to the efficient operation and readiness of our ambulance fleet. Responsibilities: Clean and wash ambulances, both interior and exterior. Stock ambulances with medical supplies and equipment. Inspect and maintain medical equipment, ensuring proper function. Maintain and clean gurneys, CCT, and Bariatric equipment. Organize and ensure cleanliness and efficiency of the stockroom, including medical and office supplies. Perform light maintenance, such as replacing bulbs,  and conducting tire and fluid checks. Refuel ambulances and monitor fuel levels. Assist operations with various tasks and errands as needed. Communicate proactively with the logistics supervisor/manager regarding ambulance and equipment status. Adhere to all relevant company and county guidelines. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Delivery of supplies and equipment weighing up to 75 pounds to deployment stations. Inventory management and completion of inventory requests. Able to lift up to 75 pounds on occasion. POSITION SUMMARY: The Paint Fiberglass Coating Specialist classification consists of Paint, Gel and Buff Back Final Finish. All Paint FCSs will be cross trained in these functions and will be utilized throughout the facility, based on customer demand. WHAT YOU WILL DO:  PAINT: Produces quality parts at or above expected rate. Utilizes time and skills effectively. Inspect parts at every stage of process to identify defects and correct immediately. Identify defects & follow proper procedure for non-conformance. Ensure filters are clean and PMs are done on paint booth and sprayers. Tape any hardware exposed to the paint process to avoid overspray on hardware. Uses Knowledge of quality standard by customer to improve quality of all customers.
