Local Construction Company seeks driver with class A CDL to drive form trailers locally with the opportunity for knuckle boom certification and operation. $34.00 per hour to start D.O.E, medical, dental, paid holidays, sick time and 401K. Monday - Friday 40 hours with overtime when available. Driver Requirements: Have a valid CDL license and valid Medical card 25 years of age Have a minimum of 1 year of driving experience Must pass a drug and alcohol screening, a motor vehicle record review.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, assembly and or demolition of machinery, conveyor systems, automated cells and platforms in various industrial settings. This role requires proficient experience with hand tools and power tools, forklift/aerial lift operation, rigging, mechanically inclined, precision leveling/alignment, welding, availability, dependability. Requirements Duties Showing up everyday on time. Installation and demolition of machinery, conveyor systems, robot cells, automated storage and retrieval, platforms, etc. Using hand tools, power tools (impacts, drills, sawzalls, grinders, etc), levels, and lasers. Installation: Offloading equipment from trucks, bolt up assembly of equipment (conveyors, robot cells, platforms, etc), welding, ability to read and execute installation drawings. Demolition: Cutting or disassembling equipment to be scrapped. Willing and able to take direction. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Take initiative. Focus on quality of work. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others. Collaboration: Work closely with foreman and less experienced millwrights to complete projects efficiently. Willing and able to lead 2-3 person sub crew. Desire to expand skill set. Qualifications Personally dedicated reliable vehicle. Proficient experience with hand tools and power tools. Forklift/aerial lift operation. Rigging experience. Mechanically inclined. Stick welding. Monitor all construction activities scheduled with emphasis on milestones, phasing/ sequencing, submittals, efficient and balanced work flow, major test and any unique requirements needing special schedule or tracing. Monitor project for cleanliness. Monitor and inspect the GC for compliance with current safety regulations, standards, project safety plan and report any non-compliance to the Client. Immediately notify the Client when any life threatening conditions are observed, and provide assistance as necessary to remedy such situations. Provide electronic daily reports of the contractor’s and sub-contractors’ work activities witnessed during site monitoring. Provide summary of and discrepancies from the requirements of the Contract Documents. Provide daily site photos to be saved electronically at a designated location on the Client’s network. Provide support to the Senior Project Manager in all design reviews prior and during construction. Provide pre-construction, during construction and post-construction photos of the site. Provide project coordination and construction quality assurance services for the technical aspect of the project. The inspector shall physically verify correct materials delivered and/or in secured storage on or off site, proper materials installed, and percentage of work satisfactorily completed and in place and provide this information to the CM.
