We CANNOT accept military, permit, or school as experience. - No major tickets in a PMV/CMV including (Careless/Reckless, Speeding 15mph+, Improper Lane Change, Following Too Close, and Cell Phone, etc) in the last 12 months- must have 6 months of subsequent safe driving. - No more than two Moving Violations of any kind in any combination in last 2 years. - No More than 1 minor preventable DOT Reportable accident on a ROADWAY within the past two years (Injury needing medical attention at the scene, either vehicle requiring a tow) OR 3 minor preventable accidents on a PRIVATE YARD or PARKING LOT in the last 2 years. -No more than 1 Preventable CMV DOT-Recordable Accidents in last 24 months, requires 6 months of verified subsequent safe driving. - NO Key Crashes in the last 5 years; examples - U-Turn, Lane Change, Jackknife on roadway, Loss of control, Rear-end impact, Side Impact, Run Under, Rollover, and Rollaway. - Safety Terminations - NO SAFETY TERMS in the last 12 months and must have 6 months of safe driving (no tickets, accidents) since any safety termination to qualify. If you were fired from your last job for safety reasons, we CANNOT help you. - Felony Convictions - Sale/Possession needs to be 3 years old, most others need to be 5 years old.
