Client-centric! 5-star service!   📋 Team Responsibilities Oversee property management and leasing for a portfolio of Single Family Rentals (houses, condos, duplexes, etc.). The portfolio includes 500+ doors and is growing! Properties are in the Orlando metropolitan area—Orange, Seminole, Osceola Counties, and surrounding areas. Manage all aspects of leasing, renewals, inspections, HOA compliance, documentation, and customer service. Proactively improve occupancy, reduce vacancies and address delinquency issues. Execute leasing strategies, including marketing, lead follow-up, showings, applications, renewals, and move-ins/outs. Resolve tenant and owner concerns with a 5-star service approach. Your teammates will handle daily tenant relations, renewals, prospect inquiries, tours, move-ins, and administrative tasks. Our separate maintenance and renovations departments take care of those tasks too. This frees you up to focus on what you do best!   😎 YOUR Job Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for clients/property owners. Balance tenant satisfaction with client/owner objectives to drive property performance. Maintain prosperous owner communication and optimize asset value through management or oversight of:Client relationsNew leases/move-insLease renewalsDelinquency and evictionsMaintenance escalationsMove-outs/turnoversOperational excellenceFinancials and asset performanceTeam collaboration/improvement Foster a professional, positive team environment. Collaborate regularly with the Director for support and guidance. Work alongside an existing, high-performing team, including a Property Manager, two Leasing Agents, and two Admin staff. Lead when necessary. Perform in-field duties, such as property drive-bys, photos, inspections, and addressing violations or HOA issues. Be awesome! Requirements 7+ years of experience in single-family rentals and/or multifamily/apartments. 5+ years as a property manager, asset manager, or similar leadership role overseeing a portfolio of properties. Experience providing ongoing communication and service to real estate owner clients, such as landlords and investors. Experience managing 250+ properties/doors. Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and housing regulations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 programs and tools. Experience with property management systems like Yardi, OneSite, or AppFolio. Familiarity with leasing tools like RentCafe, Knock, Tenant Turner, or ShowMojo. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred. Active Florida Real Estate License or willingness to obtain/activate soon. Benefits Pay: $65,000 base salary + monthly performance-based bonuses. PTO: 10 days of Paid Time Off (PTO).
