Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Post Production Assistant to join our team. The Post Production Assistant will provide essential support to the post-production team, assisting with various tasks to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects. Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation, execution, and filing of contracts, and ensure timely payments to contractors and suppliers. Manage and maintain digital assets, post-production supplies, project files, media libraries, archives, and databases, ensuring that all resources are readily available and organized. Provide comprehensive administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling correspondence, and coordinating activities among post-production staff such as editors and sound designers to facilitate a smooth workflow. Assist with quality control checks to ensure all deliverables conform to project specifications and quality standards, and meet deadlines. Assist with a variety of other post-production tasks as needed to support project completion and team objectives. Requirements Bachelor’s or higher degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or related field. Previous experience in post-production or a related role is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Basic knowledge of post-production workflow and software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Davinci Resolve. Position Summary: Penske Truck Leasing in North Everett seeks highly motivated and qualified applicants to fill the unique position of Hiker (Vehicle Transporter/Truck Driver). This position is responsible for vehicle delivery and returning vehicles to Penske locations and Penske customers. Primarily, this position moves our box trucks up to 26’ and for CDL Class A will include tractors and trailer movement. Position may also provide assistance to the service department to deliver parts and equipment. This is a casual/on-call part-time truck driving job that is perfect for licensed CDL Class B or CDL Class A drivers seeking supplemental income and looking to work anywhere from 0 to 25 hours a week based on business needs. This position involves operating graphics systems to ensure that visual elements are displayed seamlessly during various live events, including sports contests, concerts, and community gatherings. Key Responsibilities As a Graphics Operator, you will be an integral part of the live event production crew, working in both the broadcast control room and the arena to bring our events to life. Manage and oversee the quality control of all digital signage content, including ribbons, scoreboards, and other visual installations. Operate and maintain graphics systems to display content accurately and effectively, following direction from the Show Producer or Technical Director. Collaborate effectively with the Technical Director, Video Engineer, and Show Director to coordinate the timely display of graphics during events. Prepare and organize media content for digital displays in advance of live events. Conduct tests and rehearsals on control room systems prior to major events to ensure optimal performance. Ensure accurate tracking and fulfillment of sponsored content and advertising assets. Archive footage from live events and respond to footage requests as needed. Diligently monitor and troubleshoot graphics systems to address any issues during live productions. Remain informed on current industry trends, emerging technologies, and software advancements related to graphics operation. Requirements Minimum of two years of experience as a graphics operator, preferably in a live event setting. Experience with Ross Xpression and Dashboard software is strongly preferred. Comprehensive understanding of video formats, resolutions, and live production workflows. Exceptional attention to detail and capability to work effectively under pressure. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Flexible availability for events, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including working in high noise environments and managing a fast-paced atmosphere.
