Work closely with general contractors and clients to ensure all schedules are met. Examine all design documents thoroughly before fabrication begins. Participate in project meetings, perform job site visits, and conduct site surveys as needed. Monitor project financials and identify potential cost savings. Maintain communication with field foremen to address any changes throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements At least 10 years of experience in fire sprinkler installation. Minimum of 3 years in project management roles. Strong familiarity with NFPA 13, NFPA 20, NFPA 25, and FM Global Standards. Comprehensive understanding of Fire Sprinkler Design principles, including Wet, Dry, Preaction, and Deluge systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
