What We’re Looking For: We are seeking CNC Machine Operators in the Los Angeles, CA area who are team players with excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be organized and possess the necessary skills to use hand tools, operate machines, and perform precision machining operations for aerospace parts. Maintaining accuracy and consistency in workmanship is key. This is a Shift Role, and we are specifically looking for individuals available to work the Day Shift from Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend availability. The Ideal Candidate: If you are a team player with a keen eye for detail, you are set for success in this role. Your ability to follow tasks and adhere to protocols will be highly valued. As this role is in a manufacturing environment, expect to be on your feet throughout the workday. Pay Rate, depending on experience is: $23.00 - $36.00 per hour and is eligible for Overtime Requirements Skills Required for Success: You should have a good understanding of mechanical concepts and be aware of the importance of safety around equipment and hand and power tools. You should be able to use hand tools and electric sanders for sanding and deburring operations. You should be capable of operating machines for drilling and milling operations. You should take responsibility for the products you handle during production. Your commitment to safety procedures and regulations is crucial for maintaining a safe working environment. You should be able to lift up to 35lbs when necessary. If you have previous experience with production machinery, it will be considered a valuable asset. Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential requirements for this position. You should be comfortable working in a noisy and active industrial environment.
