This position is for first shift with overtime available who can: • Perform setups and operation of 7-axis CNC lathes, screw machines, and Multi-axis turret machines. • Retrieve machine programs from database, create/read tool lists for job. • Accurately set tools and work offsets. Change tooling as needed to restore operation. • Ensure produced parts meet drawing specifications with standard inspection instruments. • Able to troubleshoot and perform basic edits of G-code to solve problems. • Read CMM reports and adjust machine offsets as needed. • Follow work instructions and communicate with Supervisor. • Train machine operators on any job that you set up. • Deburring of parts when needed. • Perform basic machine maintenance. • Keep work area clean and organized.
