Requirements Qualifications: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment. Experience in the Defense industry is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and/or MS Project (or similar) for production planning and inventory management. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
