Join the Charger Water Treatment Products team as a Warehouse Manager and play a critical role in our operations in the heart of our logistics team in Knoxville, TN! Your primary focus will be ensuring that all warehouse activities are executed efficiently, from receiving to assembling to delivering our water treatment products to our valued customers. You will lead a skilled team of warehouse staff, optimize processes, and contribute to our commitment to quality service and excellence. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Oversee the receipt and inspection of incoming products Maintain optimal inventory levels through regular audits and effective inventory management practices. Implement and maintain efficient logistical processes and systems within the warehouse. Facilitate training and development for warehouse personnel, promoting a safe and productive work environment. Ensure and implement best practices for workplace safety. Assemble our water treatment products Utilize warehouse management software to track inventory and logistics efficiently. Occasionally safely drive our 16' box truck to deliver products to our customers. Must be able to lift 75 lbs. Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Requirements Proven experience in warehouse management or a related supervisory role. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and logistics. Experience leading and managing a team, with excellent interpersonal skills. Proficient in using warehouse management software and tools. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Forklift certification is a plus. Occasionally safely drive our 16' box truck to deliver products to our customers. Must be able to lift 75 lbs. Working in our production area, this role will be responsible for assembling sub-components, sub-systems and complete products in Infleqtion’s commercial product line and the production of development and commercial prototypes.  This role requires good manual dexterity, ability to conduct visual inspections, understanding of mechanical, electrical, and optical engineering equipment, and commitment to follow all safety processes. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities outlined below include essential functions of the role. Independently build and integrate complex optical, vacuum, mechanical, and electrical hardware with minimal instruction. Develop, refine, and document assembly processes, work instructions, and SOPs in collaboration with engineers. Lead by example in maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and quality. Create and review technical solid models and drawings Lead design reviews and incorporate remarks into drawing revisions Develop inspection methods and create inspection forms for custom parts Support product and part management, including creating ECOs for products Conduct inspection throughout manufacturing processes to ensure proper build and that quality standards are achieved Perform receiving and in-process inspections of mechanical, electrical and optical components and subassemblies using a variety of instruments Perform maintenance and housekeeping activities to ensure a clean and safe work area Support production line maintenance, continuous improvement, and troubleshooting Identifies and works with other team members on process improvements Other duties or projects as assigned Requirements Minimum 4 years’ experience in precision hardware assembly (optics, vacuum, or high-reliability electromechanical systems) Associates or bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or related fields Demonstrated ability to work independently with incomplete instructions, leveraging engineering drawings, models, and prior experience. Experience with handling of delicate components and equipment, including precision optics, semi-conductor, and fiber optic components Experience training and mentoring others in technical assembly or inspection. Strong understanding of manufacturing quality principles (inspection, GD&T, traceability, process documentation). Comfortable balancing hands-on fabrication with process improvement and knowledge transfer. Comfort and familiarity with standard clean room practices and working in clean rooms Familiarity with optical surface quality specifications: MIL-PRF-13830B and ISO 10110-7 Good dexterity to assemble small components into sub-assemblies Familiarity with optical inspection methodologies, including the use of microscopes, optical comparators, and optical interferometer Experience with basic electronics test and assembly practices, including soldering, PCBA inspection and use of multi meters, oscilloscopes, Ability to inspect parts against technical drawings. The Material Handler is responsible for safely moving material around the plant for production to run smoothly.  Work involves a high degree of alertness and concentration to completes tasks. Work related problems have known solutions but may require some cause-and-effect analysis and can be resolved by using prescribed methods and procedures.  Incumbents may not always control their work pace, and there is time sensitive to finish job tasks. perform multiple tasks throughout the day to ensure safe and quality production. Incumbents will be performing production tasks which may be in a PSM area and be exposed to adverse characteristics in the work environment.
