We are seeking a skilled, full-time Millwork Finisher with hands-on experience operating industrial finishing equipment and preparing materials for a range of custom wood products. Responsibilities: Sanding, buffing, polishing, and toning using industrial finishing machines and tools. Preparing surfaces for finishes including primer, paint, stains, and clear coats. Conducting quality inspections and performing necessary touch-ups to meet finish standards. Collaborating with production team members to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Adhering to job specifications and finish standards for each project. Requirements: Proven experience with finishing in a millwork or woodworking environment. Familiarity with industrial machines used for sanding, spraying, and surface preparation. Experience with paint spraying techniques and knowledge of color mixing machines. Experience with the Cefla spray machine and drying oven is a plus. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions. Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods. Good communication skills and a team-first attitude. Job Responsibilities: Help to ship, receive, sort, move, manage, test, and repack inventory for thousands of unique orders per day. Receive palletized and loose box truck and container shipments. Unload and sort goods. Move merchandise throughout the warehouse as necessary and inventory goods on a quarterly basis. Sort pick tickets, walk aisles, and accurately pick merchandise for shipment. Accurately pack a minimum of 50 unique orders per hour into the correct packaging for shipment. Maintain a clean work area and sweep, re-stock, and clean the warehouse daily. Assist with product testing, repacking, and sorting of defective merchandise. Assist with various other related tasks as assigned by the Floor Supervisor or Warehouse Manager. Requirements Basic Requirements: Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent. Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license with a good driving record. Must possess high school level math and reading skills and be able to read and write English. Must be comfortable working on his/her feet for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds on a regular basis sometimes on raised surfaces. Must be able to comfortably bend, kneel, and reach for items on deep shelves. Must be able to carry heavy items up and down ladders and step stools. Preferred Qualifications: 1 or 2 years of professional industry experience working in a busy warehouse or distribution facility. An appreciation for simple solutions to complex problems. An ability to build professional, constructive, and effective working relationships as well as a demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and be assertive in implementing successful management strategies. We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Technician/Label Control Technician to join us in our purpose of providing “Clean Hands for a Healthy World.”  At Kutol our QA Technicians/Label Control Technician Provide oversight of the label area, including receipt, approval, issuance, counts, accountability and inventory.  Perform QA functions to include daily manufacturing cGMP inspection and balance/scale checks; product disposition; preparation of CoA/CoM; preparation, revision and issuance of standard operating procedures; preparation, revision and issuance of packaging instructions/specifications and provide support to internal and external customers in compliance with government regulations and customer requirements. Provide support during customer and regulatory audits. Provide support to the Incoming Inspection when necessary. The varied duties of this role allow team members to grow their skills, responsibilities of this position include: Perform visual and dimensional inspection of incoming labels using measuring instruments, specifications and drawings and determine compliance/release or rejection. Provide oversight of the controlled label area by performing receipt, approval, issuance audits, count verifications, inventory and reconciliation of labels.  Perform daily inspections of the Manufacturing areas and balance/scale checks.  Work with Manufacturing Management/Supervision to ensure quality issues are addressed. Review manufacturing records for disposition. Disposition Finished Product in SAP (i.e. Release, Reject, Quarantine). Review Work in Process, Reprocess and Rework requests for additional requirements and provide Quality approval to proceed. Review and Issue packaging instructions/specifications, formulas, Certificates of Analysis (CoA), Certificates of Manufacture (CoM) and CoA/CoM templates. Assist in writing/revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s). Issue SOPs for approval, distribute and keep SOP manuals up to date with current revisions. Maintain Master Manufacturing Records in accordance with regulatory requirements. Conduct quality investigations as directed and prepare findings. Provide support to internal and external customers. Support education of others in current Good Manufacturing Practices, applicable regulations, and company Continuous Improvement initiatives. Compile all required reports and documents on the performance of the above duties. Serve as back-up to QA Incoming Inspection when needed. JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced 2nd Shift CNC Machinist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the milling CNC operations, ensuring the highest quality standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate the activities of the 2nd shift milling CNC team. Ensure that all milling CNC machines are set up, operated, and maintained according to company standards. Monitor production schedules and ensure that all deadlines are met. Verify conformance of workpieces to specifications using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and go-no-go gauges. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the milling process. Train and mentor team members on proper machine operation and safety procedures. Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and quality control. Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.   REQUIRED SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES: In-depth knowledge of CNC milling machines and operations.
