Maintenance Technician / Electrical Systems Base Salary: $75,000 to $80,000 + $3,000 sign-on bonus + OT Eligible  We're looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician with a focus on electrical systems to join our team at our facility. This is an onsite, full-time role that is a core part of our maintenance team, supporting our manufacturing and production operations. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and Repair: You will diagnose, test, maintain, and repair electrical and electronic equipment. This includes hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems; variable speed AC and DC motor drives; programmable logic controllers (PLCs); and combustion systems. Troubleshoot and Inspect: You'll serve as a team member or leader to inspect and troubleshoot electrical and electronic malfunctions. Component Replacement: You will replace defective components and wiring, and adjust mechanical parts using both hand tools and soldering irons. Your will be working inside newly built extravagant homes in luxurious Phoenix area communities. We design, manufacture, and install premium Euro-Style cabinetry and wood millwork products (see pics). This position is the most important step in our process - the highly professional installation of our custom cabinetry and wood millwork. Advanced technology is used whenever possible. This includes self leveling Visi-Lasers, 3D-Printed scribe tools, advanced plinth leveling systems, magnetic kicks, lifting jacks, and so on. You are provided a WiFi/Cell Tablet to access company drawings, job details, punch items, and so on. Qualified techs are often provided a high roof van as a company vehicle. Because of the size of these homes, work is done one room at a time. The products are protective wrapped and delivered right to the room (see pics).
