A national leader in fitness is currently expanding the team and seeking a qualified Sales Manager that is focused on driving sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand. POSITION: The Sales Manager will oversee all studio sales functionality REQUIREMENTS: - Available evenings and weekends - 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred - Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales RepsAbility to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail - Previous management or supervisory experience required - Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone - Must be solution-based and results-oriented, competitive spirit - Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment - An affinity and passion for fitness - Professional, punctual, reliable and neat, and organized - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information - Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public - Proficiency with computers and Studio software - Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability. DUTIES: - Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and networking - Membership and retail sales - Supervise Sales Representatives - Collect out-standing dues - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio - Enforce studio policies and procedures - Provide an exceptional level of customer service at the studio to existing members via face-to-face service, phone, and email - Become proficient at ClubReady software to troubleshoot client account inquiries and possible sales opportunities - Contact prospects/leads to schedule intro class and enroll them in a membership - Drive and retain retail and membership sales - Enforce policies and procedures relating to customers - Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible - Participate in as many networking/community events in the surrounding community and studio promotions as possible to be scheduled with CorporateAny other duties as assigned COMPENSATION & PERKS: - This position offers hourly base rate plus incentives - Unlimited Membership while employed - Employee Retail Discount
