Plus, you’ll have a full-time inside sales team backing you up — handling your scheduling, helping with follow-ups, and helping you close more deals. Day-to-day, here’s what it looks like: You’ll typically run 1–3 pre-qualified appointments a day (all set for you). In the winter, that averages 4–7 appointments a week. All appointments are on Long Island — Nassau and Suffolk County. You’ll also spend 2–3 days a week in training sessions to keep your skills sharp. Networking and building relationships with property managers, homeowners, and referral partners is part of your weekly flow. Position Summary Housing Acquisitions Specialists play a key role as members of the FHSP Housing Acquisitions Team.
