About the Role: RTM is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our sales team! The ideal candidate is enthusiastic by the opportunity of a full-cycle sales role. This role begins as a Business Development Manager (BDM) with a structured ramp-up period and growth path that will lead to full Account Executive responsibilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to prospect, drive sales, develop pipeline, and eventually manage and grow your own national accounts. A Business Development Manager should expect an OTE of $65,000 to $70,000 in year 1 with the potential to earn more (uncapped commission).
