Green Vista Tree Care in Springfield, VA is seeking a sales arborist to add to our growing sales team. We are a professional and highly reputable company that pays high attention to detail and customer service. Most of our customers are repeat/referral residential and commercial clients that use us exclusively because they expect a certain level of service. A professional sales arborist would thrive and have room to grow in this rapidly growing company. If you’re a salesperson in the landscape or green industry looking to take your career to the next level in the Tree Care Industry, please apply. The sales area would be focused around Fairfax county areas (primarily) as well as Alexandria, and Arlington. Requirements -Green industry sales experience. (Tree service or landscape background) -Valid driver’s license -Certified arborist or willing to become a certified arborist within first 12-18 months -Able to meet and communicate with crew leaders effectively for swift project management and delivery of services. -Available for duty Monday-Friday from 7-5 (between estimates/project managing) (available 24/7 emergency work situations). -Technologically savvy as we do everything on a digital platform. -Professional and clean cut. -Customer service minded and extremely responsive to emails, calls, texts, etc. -Experience in sales, but also willing to take constructive criticism to become a better salesperson in the tree care industry. We are 10% commission only pay (no sales cap), all leads and appointments are pre-set, many are repeat clients and our reputation precedes us.
